On February 8, Ruilai Company held the 2020 Party Branch Secretary's Debriefing Meeting on Party Building Work at the Grass-roots Level. 27 members of the company's party committee, party branch secretaries, party members and representatives of the masses attended the meeting.
At the meeting, Mao Yun, secretary of the Tiehuang Party branch, Xie Xi, secretary of the comprehensive Party branch, and Kuai Haiyan, secretary of the former Party branch, conducted on-site debriefing in turn, while the other four Party branch secretaries conducted written debriefing. The party branch secretaries talked about achievements, problems and ideas closely around the grass-roots party building work in 2020, summarized the work results, analyzed the gap problems, and made careful plans for the next work ideas and measures. According to the requirements of the meeting, the participants made democratic comments on the performance of their duties.
Yao Zuosheng, Secretary of the Party committee and chairman of the board of directors of the company, took the method of "one statement, one comment" to comment on the party building work of each party branch in 2020. While affirming the achievements, he also pointed out the existing problems and deficiencies, and put forward suggestions for improvement. At the meeting, he put forward four suggestions on the next step of Party building work: first, we should enhance the sense of urgency of learning, strengthen the study of Party building theory and professional knowledge, and consciously arm our minds, guide practice and promote work with Xi Jinping's new socialist ideology with Chinese characteristics. Second, we should have the consciousness of "taking the party building work as the command and focusing on the party building around the center". We should always combine the party building work with the work of the unit and the central work of the whole company to think, grasp and promote, so as to achieve the effect of integrated development and mutual promotion of win-win results. Third, it is necessary to strengthen the education and management of the contingent of party members, especially to strictly enforce the "three meetings and one lesson," enhance the seriousness of organizational life, conscientiously carry out evaluation and supervision, stimulate party members' sense of pride and honor, and organize party members to play an exemplary vanguard role in their own work. Fourth, we should do a good job in the carrier of activities, enrich and enrich the effectiveness of grass-roots party building work, enhance the attractiveness and appeal of party building work, create a party building brand in combination with the vanguard post of party members, evaluation and commendation, and promote production and operation with innovative party building activities, so as to give full play to the brand leading role of party building.
