Near the end of the year, it is the busiest time of the year. For a week in a row, Jiang Dong worked overtime until 9 o'clock in the office alone. The working time during the day is occupied by all kinds of meetings, documents and other affairs. Only by using this quiet time at night can the brain be clarified quickly and several important material reports can be compiled calmly. Staring at the computer for a long time, his eyes were sore and his neck was stiff, but his work was tight. After a short relaxation and rest, he continued to compete with the words on the electronic screen... On the last bus of No.22 at 21:30, he sat in the back row and closed his eyes slightly. There were always some sentences in the material that didn't reach the meaning and had to be changed again, he thought. When he returned home with a chill, a pair of little children were already asleep.

Overtime nights like this are the epitome of many nights in Jiang Dong's working life over the years. When the company established a provincial-level standardized good behavior enterprise in 2013, thousands of standard systems needed to be sorted out and compiled into books one by one. He turned pressure into motivation. It was common to work overtime until late at night every day, and holidays were often regarded as working days. With the unremitting efforts of him and his colleagues, the company successfully established a standardized good behavior enterprise in Anhui Province and won 80000 yuan of government reward funds. This valuable work experience has boosted his confidence. In recent years, he has vigorously advocated the promotion of the healthy development of government-enterprise alliances, actively liaised with relevant departments such as cities and districts, and took the lead in organizing the declaration of circular economy, green development, and management innovation. There are more than 30 projects in the categories of strong manufacturing provinces, and a total of more than 500 million yuan in government awards and subsidies.

Since he became the deputy director of the General Office in 2013, Jiang Dong has conscientiously implemented various office and enterprise management tasks assigned by the organization, and assumed the duties of staff assistant. In the past two years, he used his spare time to constantly recharge himself and study, passed the examination of quality engineer and standardization engineer, and became a national standardization evaluation expert.
