The company's "post star" appraisal activity began in 2010 at the beginning of the company's formation. At first, it aims to encourage those grass-roots post operators who have performed well and made outstanding achievements in production and operation, and form an atmosphere to stimulate all employees to catch up with each other. It is decided to select seven to eight "post stars" from all employees of the company every quarter for commendation and give appropriate economic rewards. With the continuous extension of the form and content of the activities, they have also included foreign co-workers in the ranks of post star evaluation. This equal incentive practice of equal pay for equal work for the same post has achieved very good demonstration and incentive effect. The outsourcing workers do not regard themselves as "outsiders", work conscientiously in ordinary posts, and have made positive achievements for the production and operation of enterprises. According to incomplete statistics, after more than ten years of careful cultivation, more than 200 stars of various positions have emerged, including more than 30 foreign co-workers. The continuous development of the "post star" selection activity has formed a good atmosphere in the company.
