In order to comprehensively strengthen the work of safety in production, eliminate the hidden dangers of accidents, and effectively build a safety line of defense to ensure the safety of the company's employees' lives and property and the stable operation of production, on the morning of March 21, 2024, Ruilai Company organized and carried out the company's first quarter safety inspection. The inspection was divided into three groups, led by the company's general manager, deputy general manager in charge of safety, deputy general manager in charge of production, and members of the company and relevant functional departments, the scope of inspection includes the company's production workshops and outsourcing rental units. Based on the principle of "full coverage, zero tolerance, strict investigation and punishment, and emphasis on actual results", this major inspection conducted a comprehensive and detailed investigation on the production site, safety and environmental protection equipment and facilities, storage and use of hazardous chemicals, and basic accounts of safety and environmental protection. Focus on the inspection of the company's electricity safety management, electric bicycle parking charging, natural gas (liquefied gas) use of places.
A total of 31 hidden dangers were investigated in this major inspection. In response to these problems, the inspection team put forward rectification opinions on the spot and issued a safety hazard rectification notice, requiring all units to implement rectification in strict accordance with the "five fixed" principle and implement closed-loop management. It is not overnight to be able to make changes. At the same time, all units are required to draw inferences from one another to comprehensively eliminate potential safety hazards and prevent problems before they occur.
