Recently, the iron yellow workshop of our company has reformed the dust removal device of post-treatment dry tail gas, completely saying "bye-bye" to the small amount of dust entrained in the dry tail gas in the past ".
Previously, in the post-treatment process of iron yellow pigment production in the workshop, two sets of paddle drying systems were used to carry out thermal drying of the product. Although the effect of rapid drying can be achieved, dust will be more or less entrained during the drying process, which is not conducive to the occupational health and safety of operators, but also affects the environmental hygiene on site. In response, the workshop organized technical forces to conduct on-site "consultation" and decided to add a water dust removal and absorption device to the original paddle blade drying system, change the tail gas dust removal device to water dust removal and absorption, and then discharge it after separation of feed liquid by the filter. After recent continuous operation and real-time monitoring, the exhaust device has good absorption effect and meets the emission standard.
