The employee selects the items that need "supplement" to participate in the training in a targeted manner. "Order-based" training is to cooperate with a well-known domestic training company that focuses on corporate training to sign an order-based training agreement, once a month (multiple training programs), no less than 12 batches throughout the year, covering Human resource management, production management, team building, equipment safety management, financial cost management, corporate culture, quality marketing, team building, etc. "Incentive" training is to take the post skill competition as the carrier and have the professional skill level as the goal, and give corresponding professional skill technical subsidies to the employees who have obtained the corresponding competition ranking or obtained the skill level qualification certificate in the skill competition held at all levels, so as to stimulate the enthusiasm of all employees to learn technology and drill business.

This year, the company plans to train more than 200 employees in various positions and levels in stages and batches.
