Recently, our company invested more than 130000 yuan to add a set of environmental protection equipment for wastewater treatment to improve the quality, which was completed in the sewage treatment section of the comprehensive workshop, and the equipment has been delivered to the user after commissioning.
This 16-meter-high, 2.5-meter-diameter environmental protection device, which integrates dust-free air flow into the warehouse for storage and star unloader for quantitative discharge, has a more environmentally friendly function of replacing calcium hydroxide with calcium carbide to treat wastewater in the past, which can effectively reduce waste residue discharge. At the same time, it also eliminates the malpractice of uneven discharge of waste residue conveyed by belts in the past. The functions of waste residue discharge and stable pH value appear. The device is designed and installed by our company's professional and technical personnel. After being put into operation, the sunrise of filter residue is reduced by more than 50 tons, and the pH value allocation can be stably controlled, which can effectively improve the environmental protection quality and ensure the discharge of production wastewater up to the standard after treatment.
