Since July, the 313 and 920 models of iron oxide yellow main products produced by our iron yellow workshop have been favored by merchants and praised by users due to their excellent three-phase (hue, red phase and yellow phase)!
The production of iron oxide products in hot weather requires very high temperature control, and it is also a critical period for the production of qualified and high-quality products. In order to ensure the continuous and stable product quality, as early as the beginning of May, the workshop planned countermeasures in advance, strictly controlled each index parameter of the process link, and decomposed and implemented them layer by layer, and refined the assessment. At the same time, the process technicians adjust the process parameters according to the temperature change, and strictly operate the procedures. Strengthen the regular calibration of temperature and pH detection instruments by the operators of each post. In addition, in order to reduce the problem of high temperature of ferrous sulfate, they applied the water-cooled screw chiller to the material cooling, reducing the material temperature by about 15 ℃, stabilizing the process index, and realizing the quality of iron yellow products.
