2025On January 22, the Ruilei Company held the first employee representative meeting of the fifth session, attended by 42 people including the company's party and government leadership team, middle-level cadres, and employee representatives. The meeting was hosted by Cheng Junhui, the company's vice president and chairman of the labor union.
Du Songsong, the secretary of the company's party committee, chairman, and general manager, delivered a work report titled "Strengthening Internal Skills and Foundations, Innovating and Advancing for Development, Striving to Fully Complete Ruilei Company's Various Tasks for 2025." The report comprehensively summarized the work situation for 2024, fully affirming the achievements while scientifically analyzing existing problems and shortcomings, and clarifying the main operational goals and key tasks for 2025.
The meeting emphasized the main work measures for 2025: first, focus on stabilizing and optimizing production, steadily improving production and operation indicators; second, focus on innovation for the long term, vigorously developing new quality productivity; third, adhere to cost reduction and efficiency enhancement, strengthening cost leadership awareness; fourth, deepen job optimization, improving overall labor productivity; fifth, firmly establish safety and environmental protection concepts, weaving a high-quality development safety net; sixth, highlight party building leadership, cultivating unity and strength.
The meeting approved the "2025 Economic Responsibility Assessment Plan," conducted democratic evaluations of middle management personnel, and recognized advanced collectives and individuals for the 2023-2024 period.
