3 On July 27, the company's Party branch held a meeting to mobilize and deploy work on the in-depth implementation of the Central Eight-Point Regulation. The meeting conveyed and studied General Secretary Xi Jinping's important expositions on the spirit of the Central Eight-Point Regulation, the spirit of the meeting of the Central Leading Group for Party Building to study and deploy the in-depth implementation of the Central Eight-Point Regulation, the spirit of the General Office of the Central Committee of the Communist Party of China's "Notice on Carrying Out In-depth Study and Education on the Central Eight-Point Regulation Throughout the Party," the spirit of the meeting of the Party Committee of the State-owned Assets Supervision and Administration Commission of the State Council on the in-depth implementation of the Central Eight-Point Regulation, and the requirements of the superior company's Party committee on the in-depth implementation of the Central Eight-Point Regulation. The meeting emphasized that the company's two-level party organizations must fully implement the arrangements for the study and education. Theoretical education must be deepened to build a strong ideological defense line. Through "the first agenda item," party day activities, and "three meetings and one class," the study and education should be promoted to reach the minds and hearts of everyone. Problems must be comprehensively identified, and the root causes of problems must be thoroughly investigated. By benchmarking against the spirit of the Central Eight-Point Regulation and its implementation rules, problems in the area of style of work should be thoroughly investigated. Strengthening rectification and implementation and establishing a long-term mechanism are crucial. For common problems and weak links, a sound and effective system for the normalization and long-term effectiveness of style of work should be established. Open education and acceptance of public supervision must be adhered to. Party members and cadres should be organized to go deep into the grassroots and the masses, solve problems that concern the masses, promptly respond to the concerns of the masses, and win the trust of the masses with practical actions.
