To comprehensively improve the professional skills of laboratory technicians and foster a strong atmosphere of "learning from each other and striving for excellence," the company recently successfully held the 2025 Laboratory Technician Skills Competition. Laboratory technicians from the Production Technology Department's Quality Inspection Center and colorists from various workshops participated in the competition.
The competition consisted of two major parts: a theoretical examination and a practical skills competition. The theoretical examination covered the standard procedures for laboratory testing, data analysis, and safety regulations; the practical examination consisted of two items: "chemical analysis" and "instrumental analysis," focusing on the contestants' standardized operational capabilities. During the competition, the contestants remained calm and composed, demonstrating their professional skills. After fierce competition, Hao Juan, Li Qiuqin, and Jia Yuan won the top three places in the laboratory group, while Wang Shishi, Wang Li, and Hu Zhenzhong won the top three places in the color matching group.
