Recently, Tongling Ruitai Pigment Co., Ltd., jointly funded by Ruilai Technology Co., Ltd., Advanced Iron Oxide Pigment Co., Ltd. (registered in the British Virgin Islands) and Shanghai Baorun Industrial Co., Ltd., was approved for registration in our city with a registered capital of 30 million yuan, of which Ruilai Company contributed the 13.5 million, British Advanced Company contributed the 12 million and Shanghai Baorun Company contributed the 4.5 million. The business scope of the joint venture company: research and development, production, processing and sales of inorganic pigments and related products, including the import and export of raw materials, equipment and technology required for production and operation, and the provision of related after-sales services.
In recent years, while achieving sustainable economic development, Ruilai has insisted on expanding business space through multiple channels, opening up new economic growth points, and expanding and strengthening the iron oxide industry.
