To thoroughly implement the spirit of the Central Committee’s Eight-Point Regulation and its detailed implementation rules, continuously deepen efforts to improve work style, and create a clean and upright festive atmosphere, the company’s Party branch organized a meeting on integrity education and warning for the period leading up to the New Year’s Day and Spring Festival 2026 on the afternoon of December 29. Senior executives of the company, heads of various Party groups, and heads of all units attended the meeting.
The meeting conducted an in-depth study of key excerpts from “Xi Jinping’s Expositions on Strengthening Party Conduct and Work Style”; conveyed the spirit of the Central Commission for Discipline Inspection’s “Notice on Doing a Good Job in Maintaining Integrity and Strict Discipline during the New Year’s Day and Spring Festival Periods in 2026”; carried out cautionary education by drawing on typical cases recently reported by the Central Commission for Discipline Inspection and the Anhui Provincial Commission for Discipline Inspection—cases that violated the spirit of the Central Government’s Eight-Point Regulations—as well as issues investigated and dealt with in Tongling City from January to October 2025. In addition, participants watched together the cautionary educational film “Promoting the ‘Three No’s’ in an Integrated Manner.” Through case-based warnings and clarifications of disciplinary rules, this film served as a powerful “alarm bell” for Party members and cadres, reinforcing their ideological defenses against corruption and preventing moral decay.
In his concluding remarks, Du Songsong, Secretary of the Party Branch, Chairman of the Board, and General Manager of the company, pointed out that the holiday period is a critical juncture when issues related to the “Four Winds” tend to occur frequently—and also serves as an important test of the work style of Party members and cadres. He emphasized that all Party members and cadres should: first, raise their political awareness and deeply recognize the utmost importance of rectifying conduct and enforcing discipline, keeping the string of integrity and self-discipline taut at all times; second, firmly shoulder their political responsibilities and ensure that the requirements for comprehensively strengthening Party governance are effectively implemented and take root during the holiday period; third, learn from cautionary cases, remain constantly vigilant, draw profound lessons from the reported typical cases, and cultivate a sense of awe, vigilance, and adherence to bottom lines; fourth, strengthen bottom-line thinking, coordinate efforts to ensure both safety and stability as well as an honest and frugal holiday, consciously resist all unhealthy tendencies and extravagant waste, and guarantee that the New Year’s Day and Spring Festival are celebrated in a clean, peaceful, and modest manner.
The convening of this integrity and cautionary education meeting is an important measure taken by the company’s Party branch to fulfill its primary responsibility for comprehensively enforcing strict Party governance and to strengthen the daily education, management, and supervision of Party members and cadres.
