On November 30, the Provincial Economic and Information Commission took the lead in organizing the Provincial Department of Finance, the Provincial State Taxation Bureau, the Provincial Local Taxation Bureau and other member units of the Provincial Resource Comprehensive Utilization Identification Committee to carry out the province's third batch of resource comprehensive utilization product identification work in 2011. After examination, 101 products of 76 enterprises in the province passed the third batch of comprehensive utilization of resources in 2011, and Ruilai Technology Company successfully passed the identification, valid from 2011 to 2012.
Ruilai Technology Company uses titanium dioxide waste sub-ferrous sulfate to produce iron oxide pigment products, which can process about 50000 tons of titanium dioxide waste sub-ferrous sulfate a year, which is in line with the national support policy for comprehensive utilization of resources. In April 2011, the company submitted the application materials and relevant materials of the certificate of comprehensive utilization of resources to Tongling Economic and Information Commission in accordance with the administrative measures for the identification of comprehensive utilization of resources in Anhui Province formulated by Anhui Economic and Trade Commission, national tax, local tax and other departments. At the end of September, the Tongling Economic and Information Commission organized relevant leaders and experts to conduct a preliminary examination of the information provided by the company.
It is reported that after passing the "Comprehensive Utilization of Resources" identification, the company will receive the "Comprehensive Utilization of Resources Identification Certificate" issued by the Provincial Economic and Information Commission, and can apply for preferential policies such as taxation and operation in accordance with relevant national regulations.
