Ruilai Technology Co., Ltd. was formerly known as the Second Iron Pigment Factory of Copper Chemical Group Tongguanshan Chemical Company. In order to make full use of the group's resources, implement the improvement of iron oxide production capacity, cultivate core competitiveness and expand and strengthen the fine chemical industry, Tonghua Group stripped the plant from Tongguanshan Chemical Company in early April this year. Ruilai Technology Co., Ltd. was established in the form of a wholly-owned subsidiary of the group company, and based on the existing equipment, plans to carry out technological transformation and capacity expansion in five years to make it reach an annual output of 100000 tons of iron oxide, strive to become the country's largest iron oxide products production enterprises. Since becoming a wholly-owned subsidiary in early April this year, by the end of May, it has achieved an output value of more than 1500 million yuan in just two months, and it is expected to achieve an output value of more than 7000 million yuan by the end of the year.

As a fine chemical product, iron oxide pigments produced by Ruilai Technology Co., Ltd. are widely used in construction, paint, rubber, plastic and other industries. At present, the company has an annual output of 20000 tons of iron oxide products, including 10000 tons of iron black products and 10000 tons of iron yellow products, with an annual output value of nearly 100 million yuan. The company uses Ananda titanium dioxide waste slag ferrous sulfate as the main raw material to produce iron oxide black and iron oxide yellow pre-process seed preparation, while recycling the waste heat steam of Tongguanshan Chemical Company and Organic Chemical Company, which not only improves the group's existing resource utilization rate, but also reduces environmental pollution, killing two birds with one stone.
Following the road of recycling, energy expansion, introduction and development, and cooperative development, from the initial two products to the development of iron oxide red products, and plans to become the country's largest oxide with an annual output of 100000 tons in the next 5 years.
