Du Songsong pointed out that the company is currently at a critical stage of overcoming challenges and scaling new heights. It is essential to clearly recognize both the severity and complexity of the external environment, while also seizing the green market opportunities brought about by the “dual carbon” strategy, as well as the new possibilities opened up by industry consolidation and product upgrades. He emphasized that we must conduct scientific assessments, maintain firm confidence, and focus our efforts precisely, continuously promoting product optimization, channel expansion, cost control, and technological innovation, thereby constantly enhancing the company’s core competitiveness and risk resilience.
Focusing on the key tasks for the fourth quarter, Du Songsong proposed specific arrangements in five areas: First, deepen sales transformation, actively expand markets, and enhance brand influence; second, strengthen production management, focusing on energy conservation, consumption reduction, and resource utilization, and continuously promote cost reduction and efficiency improvement; third, optimize procurement mechanisms, broaden supply channels, and ensure the security and stability of the supply chain; fourth, strictly adhere to safety and environmental protection standards, reinforce hazard identification and compliance management; and fifth, strengthen Party building leadership, promote the deep integration of Party building with production and operations, and foster a positive atmosphere characterized by integrity, vigor, and dedication to work.

Thirty-two people attended the meeting, including members of the company’s leadership team, mid-level and higher-ranking officials from various units, Party member representatives, and employee representatives.
