On April 25th, Ruilai Company carried out the 2024 grassroots Party branch Party building target responsibility system assessment work, conducting a comprehensive "physical examination" of each grassroots Party branch.
During the assessment process, the assessment team adhered to the principle of "promoting efficiency through assessment," thoroughly examining and evaluating the progress of Party building work in each grassroots Party branch by reviewing materials, conducting individual interviews, and engaging in on-site discussions, strictly following the assessment checklist. They thoroughly identified problems, difficulties, and weaknesses in the work of each Party branch, offering suggestions and providing answers to questions. The Office Party Branch was rated "Excellent," while the Comprehensive Party Branch and Production Party Branch were rated "Good."
From the overall assessment, each grassroots Party branch was able to diligently implement the Party building work responsibility system for 2024, strictly adhere to the requirements of the company's Party committee for Party building work, and solidly advance various Party building initiatives. The implementation of various organizational life systems within the Party has significantly improved. The development of "Party Building+" activities has effectively stimulated new vitality in grassroots Party building. However, the assessment also revealed some shortcomings: insufficient timeliness in political theory study, lack of standardization in basic Party building work, and insufficient innovation in Party building work, among other issues.
