Ruilai Company's Fourth Third Workers' Congress Successfully Held

On January 13, Ruilai Company held four sessions of the Third Workers' Congress. A total of 54 people from the company's party and government leadership, middle-level cadres and employee representatives attended the meeting.
The conference opened with the majestic national anthem. Du Songsong, deputy secretary of the company's party committee and general manager, made a report on "Firmly Confident, Seeking Development, Keeping Right, Innovating and Striving for Full Completion of All Tasks of Ruilai Company in 2023". The report comprehensively reviewed all the work done in 2022, fully affirmed the achievements, scientifically analyzed the existing problems and deficiencies, and defined the objectives, tasks and seven safeguard measures for 2023: first, on the basis of safety and environmental protection, we will strive to build a solid cornerstone of the company's production safety; second, we will focus on production and operation to promote the quality and efficiency of the company's production; third, we will strive to enhance the company's core competitiveness driven by scientific and technological innovation; fourth, we will strive to build a new pattern of competition in the company's product market, and fifth, we will focus on stimulating the vitality of the company's human resources; sixth, with the goal of digitalization and intelligence, we will strive to improve the company's management and control capabilities; seventh, with party building and spiritual civilization construction as the guide, we will strive to enhance the company's development cohesion.
The meeting voted to pass the "Tongling Ruilai Technology Co., Ltd. Staff Attendance Management Measures", "Tongling Ruilai Technology Co., Ltd. Staff Reward and Punishment Management Measures", "Tongling Ruilai Technology Co., Ltd. Staff Paid Annual Leave Management Measures", "2023 Economic Responsibility System Assessment Plan", "2023 Wage Collective Contract" and "2023-2025 Collective Contract".
Fu Zhifang, chairman of the company, and du Hongzhu, secretary of the party committee, respectively made important speeches at the meeting, asking all staff to be guided by Xi Jinping's thought of socialism with Chinese characteristics in the new era, to strengthen their faith, to forge ahead courageously, to forge ahead with the new era, to promote new development with new responsibilities, to write a new chapter of high-quality development of Ruilai Company, and to fully complete all the goals and tasks of 2023.
