The newly built ferrous sulfate preparation device of our company has been debugged and industrialized, and the absorption and treatment of tail gas have reached the design requirements of the device, which indicates that our company has realized closed preparation and centralized and unified supply of ferrous iron.
Ferrous iron is one of the main raw materials for the production of iron pigments in our company. In the past, the preparation of ferrous iron mainly uses the open-air ferrous pool for manual operation, and there will be more or less a small amount of tail gas emission in the preparation process. In order to improve the level of environmental governance and ensure that the exhaust emissions in the process of preparing ferrous metal meet the standards, our company abandoned the open-air ferrous metal preparation tank and invested in a new special workshop for ferrous metal preparation to centrally prepare and uniformly supply the ferrous metal required by each workshop. This device mainly uses an absorption tower to absorb and treat the exhaust gas generated in the reaction process before discharge, which completely solves the environmental problems caused by the open-air production. At the same time, after the implementation of industrial operation, the lotion circulating water that has absorbed heat can be recycled to the ferrous reflection tank for reuse, which not only effectively solves the problem of tail gas emission, but also saves steam and shortens the material reaction time.
