People who are familiar with the production of iron oxide black pigment all know that because of its material has "heat sensitivity", it is easy to change its properties under the influence of ambient temperature, especially the oxidation reaction is very obvious under high temperature conditions, and the material usually changes from black to red, commonly known as "burning material". On the basis of production tracking and previous production experience, the iron black workshop has formulated a one-stop control measure from the production process to the storage of products and materials. A strict control of the oxidation operation of the indicators, in the case of ensuring the quality of the material to stabilize the "conversion rate". Second, the post-treatment process strictly controls the steam pressure, tracks the temperature of each link of production, accurately controls the mixing time of materials, avoids the temperature rise caused by excessive stirring, and separately cools the materials exceeding the temperature standard. Third, the material storage does not allow many bags to be stacked and accumulated, and axial flow fans are installed at the material storage site to increase the heat dissipation effect. A series of measures, so that the material "burning" phenomenon has been effectively controlled.
