In the past two years, the trade union of the group company has taken the implementation of the "six major projects" as the carrier to comprehensively improve its ability to perform its duties, help build the "four bronzes", and focus on the formation of a brand effect. Technical competitions, rationalization suggestions, mutual medical assistance for employees, collective wage negotiations, model worker innovation studios and other work have become the highlights of the trade union work, and have been fully affirmed by the provincial and municipal federations and wide praise. The trade union of the group company has won many honorary titles such as the National Model Workers' Home, China Energy and Chemical Advanced Trade Union, Anhui Provincial Trade Union Financial Advanced Unit, and Anhui Provincial Workers' Sports Work Demonstration Unit.
Economic and technological innovation project. Focusing on the group company to be refined, better, bigger and stronger, trade unions at all levels innovate competition carriers, closely follow the development theme and the characteristics of enterprise production and operation, formulate labor competition implementation plans, assessment rules, and reward systems. Every year, the whole company takes out more than 1000 million yuan of special funds for labor competition, which is used for activities, commendations and rewards, which mobilizes the labor enthusiasm of the majority of employees and effectively promotes the realization of production and operation tasks.
Democratic management project. In accordance with the new requirements, the workers' congress of each subsidiary company implements secret ballot voting on major issues involving the vital interests of employees, and has become the first large enterprise in the city to fully implement the voting system. The open system of factory affairs has been further promoted, and six subsidiaries have won the title of advanced unit of open factory affairs in Tongling City.
Rights protection project. The administration of each subsidiary and the employees represented by the labor union shall negotiate the enterprise development strategy, production and operation, employee wages, benefits, and the rights and responsibilities of both parties, and sign a contract at the workers' congress. The coverage of collective contracts reached 100 per cent. All employees paid the "five insurances and one fund" in full, and the four subsidiaries were awarded the title of advanced unit in the national and provincial "Ankang Cup" competition.
Staff quality improvement project. The trade union of the group company insists on taking the reading activities of employees as an effective carrier to improve the quality of employees. Through the methods of point-to-point, typical guidance, first evaluation and award of books, the reading activity groups of employees are spread all over the workshop teams of various enterprises. In the past two years, more than 300,000 yuan has been invested to equip the reading groups with books and computers. Establish and improve a long-term mechanism for technical competitions, and adopt various incentive measures. The trade unions of each subsidiary organized a total of 1200 on-the-job training, held 42 technical competitions, and 31 people won awards in technical competitions held by the country, provinces and cities.
Corporate culture and cohesion engineering. The trade union of the group company vigorously promotes the "three stresses and five hearts" characteristic corporate culture of "gratitude, obedience, struggle, loyalty, sense of responsibility, self-motivated, unity and dedication", and insists on integrating the "three stresses and five hearts" characteristic corporate culture into the work, study and life of the majority of employees, and strive to realize the unity of people and enterprises.
Happy House Project. The trade union of the group company currently has 18 subsidiary trade unions, 125 workshop branches and 560 trade union groups. Centering on the proposition of the times of "what the party and government are thinking, what the workers are looking forward to, and what the trade union organizations are required to do", we regard serving the workers wholeheartedly as the starting point and foothold of the trade union work, focus on innovation, timely summary, evaluation and commendation, and constantly promote the in-depth development of key work. The trade union of the group company and the trade union of 4 subsidiaries won the title of National Model Workers' Home, the trade union of 8 subsidiaries won the title of Provincial Model Workers' Home, and the trade union of 6 subsidiaries won the title of City Model Workers' Home.
