On July 10 this year, the sales management system entered the on-site development. After several rounds of communication and on-site debugging in the early stage, the conditions for operation and implementation were met in November. During this period, application training was carried out for relevant units and personnel. Up to now, one-stop fine management such as contract management, production plan control, quality inspection data connection, incoming and outgoing code scanning, etc. has been realized, and the standardization level and management efficiency of enterprises have been effectively improved.
The launch of the sales management system is the first step for Ruilai to realize the digitalization of operation and management, which has laid a solid foundation for the realization of Ruilai's information strategy.
